By agreeing to commission me, you agree to these terms. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason including but not limited to reasons listed here. These terms are subject to change.MY PROCESS
I try to make every commission experience as positive as I can for the client and myself. I will get to know you, and what you want from the commission and commissioning experience. After deadlines and what kind of piece you want are discussed, payment/payment plans are discussed. After payment, I will begin work on your commission when your turn in my public queue is up. When it is your turn you will receive a few rough thumbnail sketches to choose from. Once chosen, I will begin the first sketch pass of your commission, here you will determine any changes. The next progress shot you will receive is rough colors with rough shading and lighting to see if everything is where it should be. The next update you will receive is the finished piece. Each progress shot will have my watermark on it.STYLE
My style varies from realism to semi realism. I will not draw or paint in styles I am not familiar or uncomfortable with. If you have a specific vision that varies wildly from my style, it may be best to find somebody more equipped for the job.PAYMENT
Payment is due in full before I will begin work on the commission. I accept the payment options listed below.- Paypal invoice (highly preferred)

I will allow a payment plan for any order over $200. A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to begin a payment plan, however. The rest of the payments may be made any time as long as it is fully paid in a pre-discussed amount of time. Work on the commission(s) will not begin until I am fully paid.DEADLINES AND RUSH FEES
Deadlines MUST be discussed before the payment begins. The deadline must have a valid reason (i.e not because you want to skip the line) and the reason must be mentioned beforehand. If you want something by a certain time, it’s best to come to me as soon as you can. A rush fee of 10% of the total cost is for deadlines within two weeks, and a fee of 20% is for deadlines a week or less away. Depending on my queue, I may not take work that has a deadline if I feel I cannot make the scheduled date. You may not ask for a deadline after the commission has started and no prior deadline was discussed.WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW
- Highly saturated neon characters (unless you allow me to tone down the colors)
- Animal genitalia and feral nsfw
- Political artwork
- Work promoting hateful views (homophobia, transphobia, racism etc)
- Fetish work
I reserve the right to decline any commission even if the subject is not included here in this list. It is a case by case basis if the subject isn’t listed here.MATURE WORK
If you purchase any mature artwork that includes but is not limited to NSFW, pinups, artistic nudity, suggestive content, you will be required to provide an ID or proof of age. I will not accept these commissions for anybody under 18 years of age.Things I am unfamiliar with but will draw to the best of my ability(This list will change as I gain experience)
- Vehicles (air, sea, and land vehicles)
- Robots/robotic things
- High technology settings
- Guns/high tech fantasy weapons
Intricate architectureI may decline the commission if it includes a lot of these subjects, as I always want to do my best and need to practice them independently.EDITS TO WORK
Please make any major changes in the sketch stage. I allow three free major changes. Any future ones require an extra fee determined by time spent per edit because it begins to take more time and energy. Minor changes may be permitted, such as lighting adjustments, expression etc.
Major changes include but are not limited to
- Entire pose change
- Large limb adjustments
- Entire outfit changes
- Background change (PLEASE have this figured out at the sketch stage)TURNAROUND TIMES
Depending on my queue and schedule at the time, small pieces will usually be finished within two weeks of ordering, but larger pieces can require a month or longer to complete. I will be able to give you a more solid turnaround time when discussing your piece.- My larger pieces take a good while to complete because of the nature of the piece. The initial discussion, size, multiple concepts and thumbnail deliveries, edits to the piece, and everything else that goes into a painting adds time. If you want a faster artist, I may not be the best choice for you and will not be offended if you choose to go to somebody else.- Turnaround time is from when I actively start your commission. It does not start at payment.COMMUNICATION

- TelegramPlease respond in a timely manner, especially if there is a deadline. I will inform you promptly of any interruptions in the process such as family emergency, illness etc. and if they will result in any delays (such occurrences are rare).
Please allow appropriate time for completing your commission(s). I want them to turn out to the best of my ability. Usually I will be the one updating you, so please do not message daily or multiple times a day for updates. Asking once weekly about the progress is appropriate, as I usually have multiple customers. Pestering daily/multiple times a day will likely result in a refund and place on my blacklist. Being blatantly disrespectful will also result in a refund and blacklist.REFUNDS
- A full refund will only be issued if I have not yet started work on your commission(s)
- After the sketch has been completed, you will only receive a partial refund of 70%.
- After painting begins, you will only be entitled to 50%.
- If the piece is near completion, you will only receive 5%
- If the piece is fully completed, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If I miss the deadline you requested, you are entitled to receive the rush fee back as compensation
- If you request a refund after work has begun, you will receive the full resolution file of the work that was completed.
-Refunds will be handled within two weeks of request
-A chargeback without warning will result in a place on my blacklist.
- If you commission me multiple times and request a refund three times, I will not work with you anymore. Keep this in mind if you would like to work with me repeatedly.RIGHTS OF USE
The commissioner retains all rights to characters depicted in the work. By commissioning me, you are granting me the right to draw your character. I retain full rights and reproduction rights to all artwork produced, however we may discuss the option for the client to purchase the full rights to the piece.
Edits to my work, whether commissioned or not are not permitted (such as coloring, painting over, etc). Client may crop commissioned work for icons, print for personal use etc. Commissioned work may not be used for profit by client unless full rights have been purchased (such as merchandise printing, selling prints, book cover, album artwork etc) I have the right to recycle rejected commission sketches for future works. (Basically what this all means is that the commissioner may not sell my artwork for profit, edit it in any way or mass produce it for reasons other than personal use) I am open to discuss selling the reproduction rights via email.
I will not reproduce commissions as prints, or other mass produced merchandise unless commissioner gives clear permission/desires me to, although I reserve the right to.AI AND NFT USAGE
If I find that you use generative AI in any form, I will not work with you. I will not work with you if your reference sheet for your character is AI generated regardless of if you generated it or not. Using any of my work, commissioned or otherwise in AI generated images and machine learning is prohibited and I will immediately blacklist you. My work, commissioned or otherwise may also not be sold as an NFT or involve any cryptocurrency transactions.BLACKLISTING
If you have breached any of these terms during your time commissioning me, you may be placed on a blacklist depending on what term was broken. This means you will no longer be permitted to commission me in the future. My blacklist is private and not accessible to the public. Depending on what term was broken, you will either receive the commission or a partial refund/full refund depending on the stage I am in your commission.

The Florist is a half body painting of your character with an intricately framed background surrounded by flowers chosen by me based on the language of flowers. I will require you to give me a lot of symbolism, key words, and perhaps backstory attached to your character so I can research what flowers to use. I will then show you the flowers for approval. You may also choose your own!ARTISTIC LIBERTY
I will always accept commissions where I am given full creative liberty with the piece. I will still require things about your character such as personality, mannerisms, places they can be found etc. but the overall piece will be dictated by me. You will receive progress shots and can suggest small changes, but the overall piece will remain the same. These are still priced the same, and my three refund policy remains in tact. Please commission artistic liberty at your own risk.
